NoDrftSystems is a business automation company, based in Kingston, Jamaica. We work on the processes that cross more than one system — client intake, quotes and invoices, approvals, reconciliation, client follow-up — and we remove the manual steps holding them together.
Why this work
Most businesses here are not short of software. They are short of the connections between it. An order arrives in one place, is approved in another, is invoiced in a third, and a person carries it between them by hand. That person is the integration.
The cost is rarely visible on any line of the accounts. It shows up as slow quotes, as an approval nobody can find, and as the reconciliation that eats the last week of every month.
How we work
We map the process before we touch any software. What actually happens, who does it, where it stalls, and what it costs when it goes wrong. Only then do we decide what to automate — and what to leave with a person on purpose.
Automating a bad process doesn't fix it. It just makes it fail faster.
