Engagement terms
Submitting an intake form does not constitute a contract or commitment on either party. Engagements are governed by a signed Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work. All agreements require digital counter-signature to be binding.

NoDrftSystems provides information on this site in good faith. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Governing law
Signed engagement agreements control governing law for client work. Nothing on this public site modifies a signed Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work, or jurisdiction-specific legal requirement.
